Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Purchaser:
Job Responsibilities
Source and procure construction equipment, spare parts, and materials based on operational requirements.
Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best balance of price, lead time, and quality.
Negotiate terms with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, while monitoring delivery progress to meet project timelines.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, price lists, and lead-time data.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and fulfil material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability without excessive stockholding.
Assess supplier performance and support improvement initiatives where necessary.
Resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or contractual non-compliance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably involving equipment, spare parts, or industrial materials.
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
Good negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and procurement systems.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Up to SGD 3,000 +VB
Working Location:
Tuas (Company Pick Up Provided)
Working Hours:
5 days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
