Job Description

. Responsible for order processing, purchasing, D/O, quotations and invoices . Liaise with suppliers/ couriers on delivery matters and installations . Co-ordinate with customers on . Responsible for order processing, purchasing, D/O, quotations and invoices . Liaise with suppliers/ couriers on delivery matters and installations . Co-ordinate with customers on delivery schedules & updating of delivery status . To liaise with operation department and office filing system . Generate weekly report (delivery tracking list) . Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, ordering office items etc. . Assist in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time, as and when necessary Requirements and Skills . Positive and responsible traits . Min. 1 year of relevant working experience . Multi-tasker and meticulous . Short notice or able to start work immediately
