Comparing prices and quality of products and services to ensure the best purchase. Negotiating with vendors and clients on contracts. Processing of all Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders and issuance of Purchase Orders. Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time. Monitoring inventory levels. Prepare and maintain purchasing documents, files and records. Preparing reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis. Perform payable monthly closing report.
