Job Description

  • Business Administration/Marketing Administration Graduate or any related course
  • Has 1-2 years experience as Purchasing Assistant
  • Has experience in Construction Company to purchase material
  • Can handle work pressure
  • Can adjust in basic system for purchasing
  • Previous retail experience recommended.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to travel abroad when required.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Organizing trips to merchandising events and making travel arrangements as required.
  • Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes.
  • Placing and tracking orders.
  • Assisting with analyses and reports.
  • Arranging meetings with stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the inspection of goods.
  • Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations.
  • Maintaining knowledge of market/industry trends.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
