Responsibilities

• Process vendor creation/change requests and create workflow to Global Purchasing for processing and follow up.
• Tracks open PRs, liaising with users to rectify open PR issues.
• Follow up on aged PRs in system for closure.
• Monitoring on Aged POs for closure - tracking aged open POs, liaising with users on open PO and update delivery status.
• Review discrepancies in DFM and follow up to closure
• Screen and submit for visitor clearance (raise form, make appointment, visit escort)
• Contractor EHS certification requests and administration
• Verify correct information on invoices and/or issuing PO’s as needed.
• Other administrative activities (eg. Filing, 6S, Document housekeeping)
• Carry out any other job duties as assigned

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or other relevant discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills are required, knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Accurate with data
• Must be customer service oriented
