Your Role
We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to help our purchasing department run smoothly
What Will You Do
- Assist buyers in preparing Purchase Orders
- Follow up with supplier to ensure on time/expediting order fulfillment
- Check incoming delivery status of materials and update promise delivery dates into system
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Possess at least Higher Secondary education
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Comfortable to be stationed at both Office and Store
- Good communication skills
