Job Description
Location: Boon Lay Working Hour: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm / Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm (Alt sat) Salary: $2400 - $2800 : * Responsible for the effective management and control of Location: Boon Lay Working Hour: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm / Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm (Alt sat) Salary: $2400 - $2800 : Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities Develop and implement procurement strategies Ensure good and efficient support is provided for the different operations and purchasing requirements Regularly and proactively source for new F&B suppliers for better quality products, payment terms and price Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, product ranges, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances. Inventory control Updating of internal and overseas orders Logistic Coordination POS management Quality check and control Ad-hoc duties as assigned
