Job Scope
- Prepare and process orders (Purchase order)
- Ensure timely issuance of purchase order
- Coordinating with local and overseas supplier on shipment and deliveries
- Support and liaise with forwarder for incoming and out-going shipment
- Monitor and expedite for timely delivery of products
- Provide full administrative support
- Responsible for all correspondence, e.g.: emails
- Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents (issue Delivery order, Invoice)
- Liaise with internal and external courier
- Assist to stock in items & manage the storeroom tidiness
- Organizing and keying in data for client/company orders
- Maintain documentation and filing system
- Assist in day-to-day office operations.
- Welcoming and directing visitors.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
- 0- 3 years of relevant working experience
