Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage international sourcing, with a focus on suppliers from China. The ideal candidate will have strong English and Mandarin communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of global procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

International Sourcing & Supplier Management Source and evaluate suppliers from China and other international markets. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to manage negotiations, resolve issues, and coordinate production timelines.

Order & Shipment Management

Process and monitor purchase orders using ERP systems. Track production and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, customs, and import procedures. Verify and manage shipping and customs documentation. Process Improvement & Support Identify and recommend improvements in procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, warehouse, quality) to ensure smooth procurement operations. Handle ad-hoc tasks and support procurement projects as needed.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in international purchasing, with a focus on Chinese suppliers. Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. * Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and international logistics.
