Job Description

Position Overview:

Manage stock levels and execute purchase orders to ensure optimal inventory turnover. Liaise with suppliers to follow up on orders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong working relationships. Support sales by sourcing products, obtaining quotations, and proposing alternatives when needed. Update and maintain accurate product and purchasing data in the ERP system. Prepare purchase and stock reports for management review and communicate updates on delivery schedules, product changes, and availability.

Required Skills and Experience:

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline with engineering knowledge Prefer the candidate have 3 years and above purchasing experiences. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with strong knowledge of Excel to include V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas Strong negotiation skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in problem-solving and decision-making Know the legislative, operational, logistical or administrative issues regarding to purchasing Ability to work and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task Works cohesively as part of a team and has an enthusiastic and good team spirit
