Purchasing Executive, Shipping Parts
- 3mins walk from Clark Quay MRT, office might move to Tai Seng end of 2023
- Maritime, Top 3 Singapore Marine Oil Tanker
- Mon- Fri, 8.45 am- 5.30pm.
- Basic $2500- $3500
- AWS + Variable + Yearly Salary Adjustment
- Execute purchasing duties relating to entire process of Procurement inclusive of purchase requisitions, preparation of quotes, purchase orders and delivery of goods
- Establish inventory control and stock take for all goods supplied and delivered
- Work closely with the Shipping department and attend to their administrative needs such as taking of minutes
- Devise movement schedule for Company Launch
- Manage relations and build rapport with suppliers
- Work out cost benefit analysis and be involved in price negotiation with suppliers
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Willing to head outdoors to meet suppliers, purchase spare parts etc
- 3 years\' experience in Purchasing function in a similar/related industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Neat and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
