Job Description

- Position Title: Purchasing Officer / Procurement Officer
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Reimbursement
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform timely material planning and raise PO
- Follow up delivery to Vendor for confirmed PO in order to meet the targeted schedule
- Work with the operations team on a material purchasing plan to support production and ensure continuous material apply
- Ensure inventory accuracy by working closely with the operations team
- Maintain strategic relationships with vendors, negotiate best rates and credit teams
- Measure and manage the vendor\'s cost, quality and delivery performance
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- Minimum GCE \'O\' Levels qualification
- Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience or related
- Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
