Purchasing & Planning Coordinator

Job Description


A) Primary (1) Assist in the general administrative duties of the Company. (2) Follow up, coordinating, and monitoring import shipping documents. (3) Work together with the Purchasing Manager on raw materials and FG BOM creation. (4) Process indirect purchase.

B) Secondary (1) Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Experience/Skills Required : (1) Preferred skill(s): Basic Computer Skills e.g. Basic Exel and Word. (2) Excellent communication skills in English and mandarin. (3) Good communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision. (4) Meticulous and with positive working attitude.

Qualifications : (1) Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 levels, ITE, Fresh Grads are welcomed.
