Qa Associate (fresh Produce Compliance)

Job Description
:
- Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre
- Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce
- Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance
- Conduct research study into product quality parameters
- Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and category managers on food safety & quality issues
- Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs
- Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or related disciplines
- Preferably 1 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or fresh food logistic/warehouse operations works
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP will be advantageous
- Candidates without diploma qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
