RESPONSIBILITIES Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance Conduct research study into product quality parameters Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc. Liaise with suppliers and category managers on food safety & quality issues Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or related disciplines Preferably 1 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or fresh food logistic/warehouse operations works Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP will be advantageous Candidates without diploma qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply Motivated, meticulous and results oriented Resourceful and problem solver Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
