Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation.
• Improve the effectiveness of the entire Integrated Management System to meet the certification and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001.
• Perform and support audits
• Tracking audit actions to closure, and writing reports.
• Collaborate with SHE department on Risk Management Audit and maintain BizSAFE certification.
• Maintain and provide timely updates on all relevant legal documents (Acts, Regulations, etc.), Singapore Standard (SS) and Code of Practice (CP)
• Support departments in applying for Awards, Pre-Qualifications, Tenders, etc.
• Collaborate with department HOD in the review of their Business Process Analysis
• Compilation of Environment Monitoring and Measurement.
• Prepare annual Management Review Presentation content.
  

• Maintain department SharePoint portal
• Document Management
  

• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Minimum Diploma or Degree of relevant studies
• Has knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience in Internal Auditor role for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Has knowledge in ISO 9001 Business Process Analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good personal work planning and time management skills
• Preferably able to perform Internal Auditor role for ISO 22301
• Preferably able to perform Internal Auditor role for WSH Internal auditor
• Preferably Internal Auditor for ISO22301
  

• 5 working days, Mon to Fri (8.00am to 5.30pm)
• Location - Tuas
• Company Transport provided at Boon Lay / Pioneer MRT station
• Permanent Full Time position
