Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Our SEA License Compliance Sales team is looking for a License Compliance Executive based in Singapore or Malaysia to manage both markets.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Forecast and drives country compliance strategy, in alignment with country or regional requirements and country targets to ensure revenue goals are met.

\xc2\xb7 Lead and handle License Compliance review engagement from notification to negotiation.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on customer targeting.

\xc2\xb7 Execute license remediation solution through close collaboration with sales team to resolve on best negotiation solution.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in projects to improve processes and licensing knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Drive policy matters and compliance with partners.

\xc2\xb7 Always uphold the professional integrity of Siemens.

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to, and promote, all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role.

\xc2\xb7 Undertake any business administration in line with job activity

\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other duties required by the company

\xc2\xb7 Meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Intellectual Property Law or Business Administration.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years in License Compliance Sales or 5 years in software sales management.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with multiple subject matters and systems including but not limited to Piracy, Salesforce and SAP systems, general computing and networks or software development.

\xc2\xb7 Possess good working knowledge of customer license agreements, policies, forecasting, direct and indirect order processing, revenue recognition, KPI reporting and dashboards.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with IP Law & General Data Protection Regulation is advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Strong and consistent track record exhibiting effective negotiation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and relevant local language in both written and verbal.

\xc2\xb7 A result oriented individual, self-motivated, capable of learning and contributing to a dynamic environment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, communicate obstacles in a timely manner and handle changing priorities.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to make business decisions with confidence

\xc2\xb7 Negotiation and objection & conflicts handling skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under many circumstances and self-motivated

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work hard and face challenges
