Job Description
& Requirements
Responsible for product quality and final acceptance testing in box-build assembly Conduct conformance testing and outgoing buy-off on product per customer requirements Compile, analyze and generate buy-off report Liaise with customers/ production/ suppliers to resolve non-conformance matters and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken appropriately Participate in internal and external quality/ process audits Monitor and update quality metrics dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis Support QC function and improvement activities Support new product transfer, technical training and guidance to QA team in Batam Participate in QMS & supplier audits Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent technical discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of ISO standards, QA techniques, procedure and methodologies Able to work independently, confidently and result oriented Good communication and technical report writing skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) * Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & other regulatory requirements will be advantageous
