Responsibilities:

Maintain a Quality Management System compliant with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure calibration of measuring equipment and identify critical inspection points for new projects. Resolve quality issues using CPAR and root cause analysis. Conduct employee training and oversee performance appraisals. Manage nonconformities and coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues. Monitor program performance and support compliance activities such as UL, environmental declarations, and RoHS. Communicate quality performance and ensure production changes are effectively managed.
