What You Bring:
Min 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or QA role Hands-on experience with document control, CAPA, inspections, or quality metrics Exposure to ISO 9001 or other structured quality systems Ability to drive follow-through across teams through clarity and persistence Strong attention to detail and practical judgment Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
