Investigate and assist in handling of customer complaint and generate corrective action report. Conduct product sampling for analytical testing by external laboratory. Execute process and product checking based on QAQC program. Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits Ensure effective implementation of all related matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical Health cert application handling Conduct annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
