Serve as the Test Manager, comprehensively understanding business requirements for the Core Banking System, Fund Transfer, and other related banking systems, ensuring all testing in alignment with the requirements
Responsible for conducting IT software testing
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient teamwork throughout the testing process. Key stakeholders include:
End users, system development teams, and back-office departments from the Japan head office
Test support teams from other IT vendors
Offshore vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT project test phases within the banking sector.
Experience in IT software testing, with prior experience as an IT professional in a banking or financial institution will be advantageous.
Lead the creation of test plans and test definitions for banking IT systems, demonstrating knowledge in software quality management including software testing methodologies, including the creation of test plans, test documentation, execution of test cases, and analysis of test results.
Experience in managing risk and control processes, including timely escalation and resolution of significant issues to management.
Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, and strong leadership in managing stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated project engagement skills, including the preparation and presentation of regular reports and documentation, effective communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams, and alignment with business priorities.
