QA - PROCESS ENGINEER

Fantastic opportunity to be part of a product development and engineering process for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is one of the United States\' largest e-commerce retailers with some of the best known and most beloved brands in home furnishings. We currently operate retail stores in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and franchise our brands to third parties in a number of countries in the Middle East, the Philippines and Mexico. Our products are also available to customers through our catalogs and online worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and write process flows, standard operating procedures, and product engineering guidance.
• Identifying Process improvements opportunities, Analyze performance metrics, trends-identification, and other bottlenecks for areas of improvement in Overall Quality Assurance process.
• Lead assigned projects end-to-end, engaging cross-department stakeholders for status and deliverables.
• Work within the furniture Product Development process to create construction diagrams and draft product/packaging 3D CAD drawings, to clearly visualize all components.
• Contribute on the updating, testing and maintaining of engineering in-house web applications and product data management system used in home furnishing consumer product industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in engineering management working directly with regional teams.
• Demonstrated excellent Project management skills, team communication, and interpersonal soft skills, with experience on Inter-team & cross-department cooperation (soft skills).
• Organized, objective, good planning and keen analytical skills is required.
• Possess good documentation skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI), and SharePoint.
• Familiar and/or proficient in 2D/3D CAD: SOLIDWORKS, Draftsight, is preferred (CSWP certification is a plus).
• Motivated individuals with keen interest to work in a Home Furnishing, Decorative Accessories and Furniture product development environment.
