Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall quality management activities within Singapore
- Ensure compliance with respective ISO standards as well as company standard
- Responsible for handling consumer complaints arising from product defects or issues
- Work closely with Malaysia office on handling product complaints
- Perform preliminary investigation on affected products and arrange them to back to the manufacturing plant/ lab.
- Prepare, monitor and review product complaint report, summary, chart and feedback to management
- Ensure third party warehouse is compliance with good warehouse practice
- Work with Logistics Manager and perform onsite inspection/ audit on third part warehouse on safety issues
- Assist in Singapore Food Agency (SFA) license renewal activities
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor in Food Science/ Food Technology or Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of quality control/assurance experience preferably with FMCG background
- Prior experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 will be ideal
