Major FunctionThe QA Specialist/SHEO is responsible for monitoring the near-miss reports per workcell and identifies solution based on the root cause. Monitor safety incidents/accidents that may occur.Duties and Responsibilities * Ensure that GxP is properly practiced by the organization.

• Ensure to conduct GWP (Good Warehouse Practice) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Assessment in a regular basis as per guidelines.
• Ensure that QMS processes (NC/CAPA, Complaints Handling, Change Notice and Internal Audits) are properly practiced and monitored.
• Monitor, validate and ensure compliance of organization with QMS and other operational processes.
• On time and accurate monitoring of organization SHEQ performance: SHE Rating, GWP Rating, 3C's (CPAR, Complaints, Change Notice).
• Ensure that accurate data of temperature monitoring are captured daily and ensure that mitigating plan being done when there is excursion.
• Ensure that Quality Management Review is being done in a regular basis as per guidelines and that action items are reviewed and monitored.
• Ensure to conduct Temperature Mapping in a regular basis as per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data captured, discussed and analyzed the pest report in a regular basis as per guidelines.
• On time gathering of near-miss report per workcell for monitoring and identify possible solution for the root cause.
• Ensure accurate data for monthly monitoring of energy consumption.
• Ensure monthly checking of Fire Extinguisher.
• Ensure to gather accident/incident report and proper damage for summary monitoring.
• Ensure to conduct observation of HAIRADC (Hazard Aspect Identification Risk Assessment Determining and Control) when needed as per guidelines.
• Attend issues and concerns of all customers (internal and external) in relation to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• Assist QA Supervisor in qualification of any facility or system when needed.
• Assist QA Supervisor in investigations relating to customer complaints and other quality issues.
