Quality Assurance Technician (Day Shift)

Location:

Own the floor:

Be the go-to person for spotting, investigating, and solving daily quality issues.

Prevent problems before they happen:

Analyze materials and processes to stop recurring issues in their tracks.

Keep things crystal clear:

Record, track, and report scrap rates with precision.

Stay organized & accountable:

Update and maintain specs, procedures, and documentation that keep operations running smoothly.

Support innovation:

Gather samples and data for improvement projects, trials, and audits.

Coach the next wave:

Train new operators on best practices and quality standards.

Who We're Looking For

You've got a

manufacturing background

(or strong curiosity for how things are made). You're a

critical thinker

who sees patterns and solutions where others see problems. You're

hands-on, communicative,

and steady under pressure. You take pride in making sure every product meets a higher standard -- your own.

Your Workday

Shift:

Day shift -- 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Flexibility:

Choose between a

5-day or 6-day workweek

Occasional night shifts when production calls for it

Competitive Pay:

$2,500 - $2,600 basic + daily shift allowance ($10-$20)

Earning Power:

Up to

$3,500+ per month

with OT
