About the Client:

You will be assigned to a

leading private banking institution

in Singapore, known for its innovative digital wealth management platforms and strong technology transformation roadmap.





The role offers exposure to enterprise-grade systems, integration projects, and digital client-facing solutions within a highly collaborative Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with business users to understand and validate user requirements for banking and digital platforms. Collaborate with product design and technology teams to interpret requirements and define detailed test scenarios. Plan and execute

end-to-end UAT cycles

, ensuring timely delivery of releases for assigned projects. Analyze test results, log and prioritize defects, and follow up with technology teams for issue resolution. Conduct

regression testing

to ensure stability of existing applications after enhancements or fixes. Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to product managers and UAT test leads. Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Support test automation strategy and contribute to automation scripts where applicable.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in software testing, preferably on

platform or integration projects

. Experience performing

UAT on digital or client-facing platforms

. Hands-on experience using

JIRA

or similar test management tools. Familiar with

Agile / Scrum

delivery principles. Advantageous to have:

Experience in

test automation tools

.


Experience writing

user stories and acceptance criteria

.


Domain knowledge in

Banking / Wealth Management

systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Tester) preferred.
