About the Roles

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality management for our construction and facade projects in Redhill. This permanent position offers a

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

. You will play a key role in ensuring quality compliance throughout project execution, leading a team of QA/QC engineers, and liaising with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Implement and manage the overall Project Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare quality-related reports and provide recommendations for improvements. Lead and guide a team of QA/QC engineers in executing their duties. Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans (PQP), and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan/Manual throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients and subcontractor quality representatives to maintain quality standards. Participate in client audits and ensure proper implementation of company systems. Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints from clients. Propose quality improvement suggestions to the project team. Support QA/QC teams with inspections and testing as necessary. Collaborate with independent inspection/testing agencies for site and factory inspections. Maintain and enhance quality systems and project-specific quality plans. Address and resolve quality deficiencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Identify, document, and resolve quality issues while ensuring timely solutions. Ensure segregation and proper identification of non-conforming materials, components, and equipment. Work with RE/RTO and other relevant parties for inspections and the handover of installed steel and facade elements. Conduct quality checks and inspections on all procedures. Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure consistent quality compliance. Ensure the prompt closure of non-conformance reports (NCR) and site instructions. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Managing Director.

What We're Looking For

A recognized degree in a related field. Proven experience working with contractors in construction-related projects. Relevant experience in civil/building projects, with a preference for facade installation expertise. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a QA/QC team. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with various stakeholders. A team player, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
