We are seeking a dedicated

QA/QC Manager

to join a reputable

firm located in

Redhill

. This

permanent, full-time

role offers a

5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm)

, rewarding strong performance and commitment. You will lead quality assurance and control functions for facade and construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and implement the Project Quality Management System (QMS) to uphold project standards. Prepare and update quality reports, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. Supervise and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers to meet project objectives. Develop and compile Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans (PQP), and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Ensure all works comply with the Project Quality Plan and established procedures. Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, and quality representatives on quality-related matters. Participate in client audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Investigate and resolve quality complaints, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures. Oversee inspections and testing activities, supporting the QA/QC team as needed. Liaise with independent testing agencies for both factory and on-site inspections. Review and enhance existing quality systems and procedures. Identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution. Manage non-conforming materials and components, ensuring proper segregation and documentation. Work with RE/RTO and project stakeholders for inspections and handovers of facade and steel elements. Conduct on-site checks to verify compliance with all quality requirements. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and close out non-conformance reports (NCR) and site instructions promptly. Undertake additional duties assigned by the Managing Director as required.

What We're Looking For

Recognized degree in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline. Proven track record working with contractors in quality management roles. Hands-on experience in civil or building projects, ideally with facade installation works. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing QA/QC teams. Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage
