CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)
Engineering degree with 10+ years QAQC managerial experience
Strong ISO, QMS, and audit expertise
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QMS, QCP, and ITPs across all project phases
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
Review and approve designs, materials, and vendor qualifications
Oversee fabrication, welding, coating, FAT, and site inspections
Manage material receipt, preservation, and traceability
Supervise NDT, hydrotests, and SAT during construction
Conduct QA audits, track KPIs, and report performance
Lead NCR, corrective/preventive actions, and close-out processes
Provide QA training and promote quality culture
* Ensure complete QA documentation and client handover
