About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
QAQC Manager
to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards in compliance, safety, and workmanship.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans. Lead quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Review technical drawings, material specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Ensure proper documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and test results. Train and mentor QA/QC team members. Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on quality-related matters. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. At least 5-8 years' QA/QC experience, preferably in construction, M&E, or oil & gas sectors. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
