Promotes and adheres to policies, procedures and instructions pertaining to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems such as: commitment and responsibility to food safety and quality, Prerequisite Programs, HACCP, compliance to regulatory requirements.
Identifies non-conformance from the finished product evaluation and informs concerned areas for investigation, correction and corrective action/ preventive action.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology and other related fields.
Preferably with at least one year experience in Food Manufacturing industry with direct involvement to quality assurance/quality control activities.
Has the ability to plan the work in accordance to QA objectives and implementing project details.
Has knowledge in GMP and HACCP programs implementation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge in Food Safety, Handling, and Hygiene Principles
Basic knowledge in good manufacturing and warehouse practices
Effective communication skills (written and oral)
Efficient time management
Analytical and critical thinking
Creative
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Must be willing and able to work on your feet, physically fit and able
Some heavy lifting and manual handling required
