Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes and adheres to policies, procedures and instructions pertaining to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems such as: commitment and responsibility to food safety and quality, Prerequisite Programs, HACCP, compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Identifies non-conformance from the finished product evaluation and informs concerned areas for investigation, correction and corrective action/ preventive action.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology and other related fields.
• Preferably with at least one year experience in Food Manufacturing industry with direct involvement to quality assurance/quality control activities.
• Has the ability to plan the work in accordance to QA objectives and implementing project details.
• Has knowledge in GMP and HACCP programs implementation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge in Food Safety, Handling, and Hygiene Principles
• Basic knowledge in good manufacturing and warehouse practices
• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
• Efficient time management
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Creative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be willing and able to work on your feet, physically fit and able
• Some heavy lifting and manual handling required
