Job Description

Position title: QC Inspector

Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working days: 5 days\' work week

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary range: $2,000 - $2,800 (AWS & Variable Bonus)

:

• Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test.
• Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control.
• Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness.
• Maintaining and operating DI water system.
• Pre-weight process monitoring and checking.
• Responsible for in charge of retention sample, MSDS and COA creation and modification.
• If receive any customer complain regarding the product. QC will need to assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement.
• Support internal audit and external audit for cGMP and ISO14001.
• cGMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance.
• Create, update and maintain of the SAP system.
• Updating and maintaining of Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and environmental practice guidelines.
• Follow up and manage records of annual renewing licenses and permit for hazardous substances and Explosives.
• Follow up and manage new records of products permits and licenses thru HSA.
• Highlighted, feedback, suggestion during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;
• Monitor and manage pest control contract and location of baits, ensure monthly inspections are done
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and director.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma certificate with Chemistry background will be advantage
• At least 1-2 years\' experience in QC required
• Knowledge on cGMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Computer literate
