Ensure all laboratory tests are well managed and performed including testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products. . Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are maintained and calibrated. . Manage the inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables. . Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports. . Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval. . Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request. . Develop training to build quality and safety awareness. . To maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware. . Handle administration work of factory when required. Requirements: . Min Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent . 1 to 2 years experience in handling wet chemistry and laboratory management . Preferably (not a must) with knowledge on ISO9000, ISO 13485 and ISO14001 Quality Management knowledge and current Good clinical/ laboratory/ manufacturing/ pharmaceutical practices (cGXP) . No colour blindness and willing to stand while doing lab work . Strong troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments . Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills . Positive working attitude with sense of urgency . Able to work independently as well as an effective team player .
