Salary: up to $2,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30pm to 5:15pm)
Work Location: Boon Lay (near Boon Lay MRT Station)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all laboratory tests are well managed and performed including testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are maintained and calibrated.
- Manage the inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables.
- Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports.
- Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval.
- Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request.
- Develop training to build quality and safety awareness.
- To maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware.
- Handle administration work of factory when required.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in handling wet chemistry and laboratory management
- Preferably (not a must) with knowledge on ISO9000, ISO 13485 and ISO14001 Quality Management knowledge and current Good clinical/ laboratory/ manufacturing/ pharmaceutical practices (cGXP)
- No colour blindness and willing to stand while doing lab work
- Strong troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude with sense of urgency
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
- Self-driven and motivated to improve processes
