Conduct quality inspections on precision parts using tools such as CMM, microscope, height gauge, and vernier caliper.
Verify product dimensions and tolerances according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Record inspection results accurately and maintain proper documentation.
Report any defects or non-conformities to the supervisor and assist in root cause analysis.
Ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
Comply with company quality standards and workplace safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Male/Female, preferably with experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industry.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiar with measurement tools such as CMM, microscope, vernier caliper, and height gauge.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Basic English communication skills.
