• Supervise QC Inspection processes
• Conduct Training for QC Technician/Inspectors
• Initiative & Formulate corrective/preventive action with relevant departments and verify effectiveness.
• Evaluate and dispose inprocess reject products.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) system, monitor and improve the process capability with production department.
• Assist QA Engineer in the qualification of new products (e.g. mold testing) and new process.
• Review customer drawings/specifications, manufacturing instructions, test result and other associated production/development planning for determining and establishing required quality requirements and measurement system capability.
• Plan and Review Measurement and System Analysis (MSA) Results.
• Plan & Review First Article (FA) Inspection Results.
• Establish Quality/Inspection Plan for Assigned project/product.
• Analyze and evaluate new project/product for necessary planning of process control, inspection, and testing needs.
• Interface with tool maker, supplier, customer and/or relevant departments in problem solving by effectively use of failure analysis, problem solving, mistake-proofing, and statistical techniques.
• Collect & analyze data pertaining to quality performance for prioritizing and initiating and action plans for continual improvement.
• Execute the responsibility and authority of the QA Engineer during his absence.
• Assist to QMR & EMR.
• Coordinate training and consult to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements.
• Implement, maintain and improve the effectiveness of Quality & Environment system.
• Conduct Internal Audit and management review support QMR & EMR.
• Coordinate with external parties for audit and certification.
• Handle documents control system of ISO 9001 & ISO 1400.
• Update standard, harmonization related with product and quality & environment management system requirements.
• Collect and summarize organization's target.
• Conduct RoHS & other requirement for support all customer.
• Work as assigned by manager.

Education:

• BS Degree in Engineering

Experience:

• 2 years experience as a QC supervisor in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge and experiences with ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge & Experience in Internal Quality Audit (IQA).
• Knowledge in Statistical Quality Control (SQC) techniques.
• Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT).
• Able to operate Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Systematic and analytical in problem identification and resolution.
• 2-3 years experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 & 14001, and knowledge in RoHS and REACH requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in science prefer
• Certified Internal Auditor for QMS & EMS.
• Individual must be a self-starter, posses strong verbal and written communication skills
