RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining, developing and continually improving corporate quality systems in accordance with company requirements and ISO 9001 and API Q1 & Q2 standards
• Additional responsibility for all activities relating to ionising radiation including maintenance, control and distribution of local rules relating to Radiography
• Assisting investigations into all IR activities

• Ensuring that company fully complies with all relevant legislation and best practice with regard to, occupational health and safety and environmental requirements
• Establishing, maintaining, developing and improving safe working practices and standards of work with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
• Maintaining and monitoring all Company policies and practices with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental standards
• Develop Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems in accordance with company requirements and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
• Ensuring reviews of all reported accidents/incidents, advising management and staff appropriately. Advise regulatory bodies as required
• Liaising with external bodies and regulatory / advisory authorities as required
• Promoting good communication throughout the Company concerning safe working practices via regular visits to work sites and bases

• Ensuring adequate resources are available for all department employees
• Management of Department budget and costs
• Co-ordination of all third party / approval body assessments/audits
• Preparation and implementation of internal audits and inspections
• Reviewing all policies, systems and procedures and implementing amendments where necessary
• Management of QHSE employees
• Supporting regional operations and satellite service centres in compliance with in-house QHSE management systems
• 30% - 40% of travelling is required in Asia Pacific region

• MUST BE SINGAPOREAN
• Must have at least 7 years of relevant working experience in QHSE capacity
• A minimum Degree in Workplace Safety and Health Management or a related field
• Have strong knowledge of Singapore safety regulatory codes
• Must have experience in Subsea Production equipment such as Wellheads and XMT
• Must Possess Six Sigma Green belt (minimum)
• Demonstrate leadership and people management skills
• Able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 will be an added advantage
