Roles & Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality

• Control and maintenance of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain and control all quality documents, such as calibration documents, change request forms, corrective action forms and all other associated technical specifications.
• Consolidates internal and Group quality assessments/reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Conduct analysis of quality related data and KPI’s.
• Conducts and organizes all staff training/awareness with respect to Corporate Quality Goals and ISO requirements.
• Follow-up on various requests & problems reported by clients.
• Update, follow up & feedback via our ISO systems.
• Tracking & generation of all Quality related procedural changes, approvals, documentation & implementation thereof.
• Liaison with Singapore Customs on Strategic Goods Control & Export Permit issues.

Trade Compliance

• Close liaison with Customers on import/export shipment compliance with Strategic Trade Scheme (STS) Tier 2 permit and documentation maintenance.
• Liaison with shipping & cableshop to enable a smooth working process in line with client expectations.
• Ensure smooth running of IT & network via the internal IT team.

HSE

• Conduct analysis of & maintain HSE related data and KPI’s.
• Consolidates internal and Group HSE assessments/reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Conducts Staff Safety Orientation Training for all new staff, whilst monitoring and organizing ongoing training programmes for all staff.
• Continuously look to improve operations in terms of cost efficiency, production, quality and HSE, via analysis of operational efficacy.
• Close liaison with external HSE consultancy partner to ensure:
• To direct safety programs, risk prevention, work safety standards and enforcing procedures to protect employees and the company against harm, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Development, controls and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures and risk assessments.
• Ensure the company meets compliance, recording and reporting requirements of both group and Governmental regulations (WSHA) and expectations.
• Conducts regular internal auditing, inspections & internal/external reviews.
• Maintain all relevant HSE documentation, such as minutes of meetings, hot work permit forms, MSDS, Pest Control, Risk Assessments, PPE issuance, statutory permit requirements etc…
