Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that manufactured products meet the established standards of quality through development and implementation of quality management system and standards
- Organize and manage internal quality audit system and corrective action reporting system
- Coordinate with production for quality non-conformances as resulted from internal audit and customer audits
- Establish Quality metrics that objectively measures the quality of the product or process, and develop procedures to address deficiencies in the quality system
Job Qualifications:
- With a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of engineering experience in Quality Assurance and Control
- Strong working knowledge with the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16449, VDA 6.3 and other Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge on various quality system methodologies, statistical techniques, Six Sigma and quality tools (FMEA & SPC)
