Job Description

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Mechanical.
• Detailed knowledge of commercial management and QS role with in construction
• Site experience essential
• Acceptance of responsibility and accountability

Responsibilities:

• Skilled and budegting, reporting developing BOQ's profit plans
• Good communication skills. Manage subcontractor accounts. Retentions apply as per agreements.
• Ability to adminster the contract obligations and meet additional client requirements. Issue interim and final accounts and progress applications per project and contract requirements.
• Monthly applications to be all inclusive of accurate remeasure, site changes and any applicable contract claims.
• Identify escalations, material or labour as appropriate
• Have a practical understanding of schedulling and the associated commercial implications.
• Assit the QS Supervisor in all matters relating to the financial and contructual aspects of the project.
• Participate, record and assist in the preparation of the progress meetings.
• Provide support on all financial and contructual matters throughout the course of the work in the project.
• Assist the QS Supersivor in the preparation of variation orders.

Job Type: Full-timePay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per monthBenefits:
