Job Description
- Preparing documents for variation orders, evaluation orders and negotiation.
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Identify the value of work in progress.
- Prepare progress payment during the construction phase.
- Assist contracts manager in all aspect.
- Prepare final certification and payment to sub-contractor.
- Administrative works.
- Oversees required purchasing process (eg. Orders, Work Orders, Requisition for Supplies Equipment and Services.)
- Experience in Piling work
- Health insurance
- Monday to Friday
