Prepare Monthly Progress Payments of Sub-contractors. Prepare Request for Quotations for various work requirements. Evaluation and comparison for the received quotations. Prepare for Subcontract Agreement, Work Order and Purchase Order. Handle variation orders/claims to Client and of Sub-contractors. Draft letters based on request by Project Manager, Senior Managers Discussion and negotiation with Client and Sub-contractor for contractual issues.
