The Job
The Omni Channel Specialist will be responsible for implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Omni Channel platforms.
You will work with internal teams to define functional requirements and support the project implementation working in collaboration
with internal engineering team and external vendor teams, to drive the smooth deployment, adoption and operations of these platforms.
You will define the requirements of ACD/IVR, call flow experts, extensive knowledge of CX experience requirements in terms of call flow, chat and social media.
Post the initial implementation, you will be expected to drive the ongoing roadmap and configuration of these platforms, as required on an ongoing basis.
The Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar field or equivalent work experience required
3 years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications or in customer service, call/contact center and/or service delivery
Demonstrated technical problem solving proficiency
Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Suite applications
Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality such as NICE, Genesys or Avaya
