Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation and whole function of QAQC department
• Establish, review and continuous improvement for Food Safety Management System (SFA Regulations / FSSC 22000 / HALAL / Customers\' requirement) and documentation.
• To lead the QAQC team towards managing, maintaining and improving current certification and food safety management system.
• Review and improve working procedure/criteria for manufacturing processes.
• Assisting in laboratory set-up / Overview external lab testing Parameter
• Provide regulatory work advice/support to stakeholders from R&D, Sales and Marketing and etc. Ensure success of product registration and regulatory compliance for various New Product Development (NPD) and existing products change management
• Study the export /import, rule and regulation of the country. Overseeing in export country registration, review of importing countries requirement and liaising with regulatory agencies.
• Liaise with the relevant local regulatory affairs personnel/ authority, certification bodies and importers to breakthrough regulatory constraints.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in relevant field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good understanding of SFA, FSSC 22000, HALAL and importing countries\' requirements
• Candidate with knowledge and previous working experience in meat industry
• Strong knowledge and capability in audit skill on regulatory compliance
