Job Responsibilities
- Organize and lead the team to accomplish the quality goals
Recruit qualified talent and improve team building & development Focus on optimizing the holistic team workflow and achieve efficient cooperation across teams. Work with the quality control team and external partners to maintain high quality support Deal with dynamic and fast-paced environment and make decisions with ambiguous information Responsible for ensuring quality in game development and operation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related Proficient in a programming language (C++,C,C#,php,Python). 10+ years Quality Assurance experience, with 5+ years managing in-house testers Experience with game testing, including functional testing, frontend and backend performance testing, adaptability testing, etc. Experience in overall project testing design and management Experience in working with testing teams and experts remotely Ability to work under pressure, having strong interest in and passion for games. Ability to quickly pick up and implement new technical skills * Excellent communicating skills and coordination abilities
