Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead and maintain our Quality Management Systems in compliance withISO 9001:2015
andISO 45001:2018
standards. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified QMS and OH&S systems. Act as the Management Representative for external audits and surveillance visits. Plan and execute internal quality audits; ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, SOPs, and manuals. Monitor and report on quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality objectives.
Train and guide staff on quality and safety standards and protocols.
Requirements
Masters degree in Any degree or related field.
5 years
of total experience & 2 years in a similar Quality Assurance/Quality Management role. Proven experience withISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
certification processes. Strong knowledge of quality tools, risk management, and root cause analysis. * Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
