& Requirements

• Responsible for implementation and management of quality control of products and accessories.
• Implement all QA/QC inspection and testing in accordance contract specifications regulatory requirement.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Coordinate with the Main Contractor on all quality matters
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality and collaborate with factory for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Control and manage QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

• Min Diploma in Quality Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E Water work Industry.
• A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving skills
• Systematic and able to work under pressures
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of workforce
• Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
• Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
• Work location at Tuas South. Transport provided.
