: . Maintain and update the Company's Quality System documents in accordance with GMP . Maintain quality assurance to ensure the Products are safe and within predefined specifications : . Prepare and operate commonly used QC testing/measuring instruments . Conduct or arrange for quality control tests on raw materials, finished goods and quality system processes according to predefined specifications . Investigate non-conformance and recommend alternatives and/or solutions . Prepare quality control and other ad-hoc reports . Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or Management Job Requirements: . Minimum educational qualification of diploma, including but not limited to Biochemistry, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences . Minimum 2 years working experience in food/health supplements/pharmaceutical industry . Familiar and up to date with HSA and GMP testing requirements and methods . Organised, methodical, meticulous, attention to detail and pro-active . Able to communicate requirements clearly with vendors . Able to follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified . Able to multitask and be hands on . Other information: .
