Quality Assurance Technician - Manufacturing

Tuas (free shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Salary Range:

$2,800 - $4,000 gross


We're looking for a detail-oriented

Quality Assurance Technician

to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision, and solving problems, this may be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

Inspect products across different production stages to ensure quality consistency Measure product dimensions using tools like calipers and dial gauges Record and analyze inspection data with basic Excel functions Identify and report defects or non-conformities to the QA Supervisor Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Handle and inspect batteries with care and compliance Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferred) Basic understanding of quality control principles Comfortable using measuring tools (calipers, dial gauges) Basic computer skills, especially Excel A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary:

$2,800 - $4,000 (depending on work schedule of 4/5/6 days per week)

Basic Salary:

$2,200 - $2,700 (based on 4 days/week)

Allowances (up to ~$400/month):

Shift Allowance: $8/day (day) or $18/day (night)


Extra Bonus Allowance: $3/day


Transport Allowance: $4/day

Performance Bonus:

1-2 months

13th Month Salary
